Job Title: Sales Representative (Apparel/Textile Industry – Agent Basis)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sales Representative to represent our manufacturing capabilities in Europe or Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing sales revenue for apparel and textile companies and possess strong industry contacts. This is a commission-based role, ideal for independent agents or consultants with deep market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the apparel and fashion industry
- Promote the company’s manufacturing services and product capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, retailers, and sourcing teams
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with the factory
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Achieve agreed sales targets and report performance regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel/textile sales or sourcing
- Strong network of contacts in fashion brands, retailers, and buying offices
- Proven success in growing sales revenue and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, French, German, etc.) are a plus
- Familiarity with cotton knitwear and manufacturing processes preferred
