Job Title: Sales Representative (Apparel/Textile Industry – Agent Basis)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sales Representative to represent our manufacturing capabilities in Europe or Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing sales revenue for apparel and textile companies and possess strong industry contacts. This is a commission-based role, ideal for independent agents or consultants with deep market knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the apparel and fashion industry
  • Promote the company’s manufacturing services and product capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, retailers, and sourcing teams
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with the factory
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and report performance regularly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel/textile sales or sourcing
  • Strong network of contacts in fashion brands, retailers, and buying offices
  • Proven success in growing sales revenue and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, French, German, etc.) are a plus
  • Familiarity with cotton knitwear and manufacturing processes preferred
