Estina Ang Suan Hong is the Founder and Executive Chairman of GLG Corp Ltd and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Ms Ang has over 43 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry who leads a 9,000 strong workforce spanning the Southeast Asia region. She grew the business from 6 sewing machines as a sub-contractor to a global supplier of quality apparel to major retailers in the USA and throughout Europe.
Ms Estina Ang graduated from Nanyang University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, Textile and Fashion Singapore. She obtained The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2001, listed in The 300 List in Singapore Tattler, named “The Emergent 25 Asia’s Latest Star Businesswomen” by Forbes Asia in 2018 and recipient of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award recognised for her outstanding contribution to her field in 2019 and also spearheaded the business expansion into factory production plants across Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Brunei, Fiji Island. Mexico, Guatemala, China, Vietnam and sales design offices in Korea, Hong Kong and USA.

Ms Gan joined the Board on 15 September 2015. She joined the Company in 2006 as a legal officer responsible for the legal compliance office. Ms Gan became the Deputy Chief Executive Officer on 20 February 2019. She is currently responsible for the overall management of Finance, Textile Mill and Factories’ Operation, Business Development, Sales & Marketing including Outsourced Manufacturing and Product, Development and Design departments. Ms Gan builds, direct and drives the annual strategic sales and marketing plan and implements marketing strategies to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities on a global scale.
Ms Gan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Nottingham in 2003 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 2005. She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and a management committee member of the Textile Apparel Fashion Federation Singapore

Mr Lee Kwak Keh is GLG’s Chief Merchandising officer, he joined the business in February 2017 as VP of Sales. Mr Lee has been promoted to current position in April 2020 and is responsible for the Group’s Sales, Merchandising Functions and Strategic Planning.
Mr Lee has over 30 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry and have in dept knowledge of the global fashion market and good relationships with the global customers/ retailers.
Prior to this he was the Marketing Director for Chenille International Pte Ltd responsible for the group apparel sale, product development, and merchandising.
Mr Lee graduated with a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University (UK).

Mr Kang Eng Chuan, who joined the Group in October 2010. He is responsible for the Corporate Finance and Accounting matters, including risk management as well as overseeing the group’s projects. He works alongside the CFO on all Group’s investment, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Kang has over 20 years of post-graduation experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining our Group, from 2008 to 2010, Mr Kang held the post of Financial Controller at Dynaforce International Pte Ltd (a SME company which won the Enterprise 50 awards for 2 continuous years)
Mr Kang began his career with local audit firm in 1996. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the Accountant of Havas Medimedia Asia Pte Ltd (a publishers of medical-book) and Berger International Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berger International Limited which was listed on Main Board of the SGX-ST until Feb 2014)

Hajar joined Ghim Li in Malaysia 2018 as a Shipping Assistant since her graduation from University.
Her responsibilities are to prepare client’s export documents and reports, as well as liaising with local authorities.

Hafrizan joined Ghim Li in May 2015, as a Cutting Supervisor. He monitors on fabric consumptions and plays a key role in helping the company to achieve zero short shipment for every order. He gives direction on cutting methods and ensures that his team works in a safe working environment.
Hafrizan is hardworking and possesses a positive work attitude. He is skilled in using the auto cutter machine, auto spreading machine and straight knife machine.
During non-office hours, Hafrizan raises chicks and quails. He also grows his own vegetables such as chilies and sweet potatoes.

Kathi joined Ghim Li 1999 in Malaysia as a Packing Supervisor. His main role is to monitor the target output of the garments packed to meet shipment dates.
Besides that, he sets and gives direction to his team on packing methods, ensuring that good quality garments are presented well when it is shipped.
Efficiency is important for Kathi, he ensures carton sizes fits well for the garments so that it can be shipped out efficiently and reduce wastages on extra packaging carton materials.
Kathi likes to play football during weekends with his buddy. He is kind and does social work in orphanages and nursing homes during vacation.

Alidin joined Ghim Li March 2022 in Malaysia as a factory cleaner. He is a deaf mute.
