Accounts Assistant (Singapore Based)

Primary Objectives of Position

Provide support to the Account & Finance department and assist with various financial tasks and responsibilities.

  1. Job Description
    • Sales & purchase: maintenance S&P record details and book to system, perform reconciliation the record against General ledger in the accounting system.
    • Supplier reconciliation for operating expenses.
    • Record the inter-co billing to system according to the cost and departmental.
    • Issue the billing to Inter-company.
    • Record the prepayment journal by allocating to correct account and departmental.
    • Record the duty and freight cost for LDP business to ensure the expense capture correctly.
    • Handle full set of Australia’s parent company’s book without consolidation, only company level, include bank record, journal and reimbursement if any.
    • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  2. Requirements
    • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or any relevant business certification.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of full-set accounting experience in relevant position.
